By accessing or using MRR Calendar, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using MRR Calendar on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

MRR Calendar is a SaaS product that connects to your Stripe account and visualizes subscription revenue over time. Features may evolve as we improve the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Billing is handled by Stripe, and you can manage your subscription from the billing settings.

• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or misuse Stripe access credentials.
• Do not resell access to the service without permission.

MRR Calendar integrates with Stripe and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in MRR Calendar, including its branding and software. You may not copy or distribute the service beyond what is permitted in these Terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRR Calendar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
