1.Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Amorem Development, operator of MRR Calendar. You accept them by creating an account, connecting a service, starting a paid plan, or otherwise using MRR Calendar.
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use MRR Calendar for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for users and activity under your account.
2.The service
MRR Calendar imports and organizes connected business metrics into private dashboards, calendars, reports, goals, public pages, feeds, leaderboards, widgets, and optional publishing or device integrations. Features and limits depend on the active plan and configuration shown in the product or on the pricing page.
Metrics are computed from records returned by connected services. MRR Calendar is designed to present those records accurately, but synchronization can be delayed or interrupted by provider availability, permissions, configuration, or network conditions. Provider and accounting records remain the source to use for statutory accounting, tax, and payment disputes.
3.Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account and billing information.
- Keep email accounts, authentication sessions, API credentials, OAuth grants, and device endpoints secure.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access and disconnect or revoke affected provider credentials.
- Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or access controls.
MRR Calendar accepts restricted Stripe keys and rejects full Stripe secret keys. You remain responsible for configuring the minimum permissions required for every connected provider.
4.Connected and third-party services
Integrations with Stripe, GitHub, Plausible, Google, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, MySaaS.Blog, MySaaS.Lol, Ahrefs, AWTRIX, and other providers are optional. Their own terms, policies, availability, quotas, and API decisions apply in addition to these Terms.
You authorize MRR Calendar to access, store, transform, and display the data and actions covered by the permissions you grant. You represent that you may lawfully connect the account and process that data. Disconnecting in MRR Calendar does not necessarily revoke a credential at the provider; revoke it there too when appropriate.
For AWTRIX, you choose the network endpoint and content sent to the device. You must have permission to access that device and network. Do not configure an endpoint to probe, access, or disrupt systems you do not own or administer.
5.Public publishing and your content
Dashboards are private by default. If you enable a public page, feed, leaderboard entry, public GitHub asset, widget, or profile publication, you instruct MRR Calendar to make the selected content publicly available. You control the enabled surface and its configured source scope.
You retain ownership of names, logos, descriptions, templates, and other content you submit. You grant MRR Calendar a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and promote the enabled feature. This license ends when the content and residual caches are removed, except for copies that others lawfully made while it was public.
You must not publish confidential, infringing, misleading, unlawful, or personal data without a valid basis. Public URLs may be indexed, cached, embedded, or shared by third parties outside MRR Calendar's control.
6.API and OAuth clients
API and OAuth access is limited to the scopes, projects, quotas, and credentials issued or approved for the client. Keep client secrets and tokens confidential, validate redirects, request only necessary scopes, and stop using data when the grant is revoked.
You may not circumvent quotas, scrape undocumented endpoints, impersonate MRR Calendar, resell raw API access without permission, or use the API to build an abusive or unlawful service. We may rotate credentials, change limits, or suspend a client to protect users and platform reliability.
7.Plans, billing, taxes, and refunds
Free is an ongoing plan subject to its published limits. Paid monthly and yearly plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Stripe Checkout displays the final price, currency, and applicable tax treatment before payment.
You can manage or cancel a paid plan through the Stripe billing portal. Unless the checkout, a written offer, or mandatory law states otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you believe a charge is incorrect or the service was materially unavailable, contact us promptly so we can review it.
When Pro access ends, the account returns to current Free limits. Existing imported data is not silently deleted solely because of downgrade, but visible history, synchronization cadence, project limits, branding, and other active features follow the Free plan. We may change future prices or plan limits with reasonable advance notice; changes do not retroactively alter an already-paid period unless required by law.
8.Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- access another account, project, device, endpoint, or network without authorization;
- introduce malware, overload the service, bypass rate limits or security controls, or interfere with other users;
- reverse engineer the service except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- use MRR Calendar to send spam, manipulate public rankings, falsify metrics, or present another person's data as your own;
- resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
9.MRR Calendar intellectual property
MRR Calendar, its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and original content belong to Amorem Development or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the agreement. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, selling, or creating derivative services beyond what applicable law or an open-source license allows.
10.Availability and service changes
We work to keep MRR Calendar available and data current, but no uptime or support service level is promised unless agreed separately in writing. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, network restrictions, and beta features may affect availability.
We may add, modify, deprecate, or discontinue features. When a material change would significantly reduce a paid feature, we will aim to give reasonable notice and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
11.Suspension, termination, and data
You may stop using MRR Calendar, disconnect sources, cancel Pro, or delete your account using the available controls. Account deletion is intended to remove account-linked application data, subject to legal retention and temporary backup copies. Export anything you need before deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, material breach, or protection of users and the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
12.Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, MRR Calendar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every provider change. MRR Calendar is an analytics and publishing tool, not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Amorem Development is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or provider actions. For direct claims arising from a paid service, aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid for MRR Calendar during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
13.Applicable law and disputes
Before starting formal proceedings, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Applicable law, competent courts, and any mandatory mediation or consumer process are determined by the rules that apply to the operator and your location; mandatory consumer rights are not displaced by these Terms.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without permission; we may assign it as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
14.Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires a different form of consent.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@mrrcalendar.com or through the contact page. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing.
