MRR Calendar for Mac on a macOS desktop: small, medium and large widgets with ring gauges, and the menu bar panel. All numbers are examples.

Setup

Up and running in a minute.

Three steps, then your numbers stay on your desktop and refresh on their own.

  1. Step 1: Download and install

Open the disk image and drag MRR Calendar into Applications. It lives in your menu bar, with no Dock icon.

  2. Step 2: Connect with a read token

In Account › Integrations, create a personal access token and paste it into the app's settings.

  3. Step 3: Add your widgets

Right-click the desktop, choose Edit Widgets and pick a size. Right-click a widget › Edit Widget to choose its rings.

Features

Built for a glance, not a tab.

The numbers you check ten times a day, where your eyes already are.

Rings for what matters
MRR against your goal, revenue today and over 30 days, and today’s commits, drawn like the DisplayPad keys you know from public pages.
AI usage per provider
Session and weekly quotas for Claude, Codex and every provider CodexBar reports, with reset times in the menu bar panel.
Two color modes
MRR Calendar uses your primary color on the web app’s surfaces. Custom colors gives every indicator its own color.
Light, dark or system
Follows your Mac’s appearance or stays in the one you pick. Widgets support full color, accented and vibrant modes.
A panel one click away
MRR with trend and goal, 30-day revenue bars, the commit heatmap and AI quotas, refreshed every five minutes.
Free and lightweight
A native Swift app of a few megabytes. Works with every MRR Calendar plan, launches at login and respects reduced motion.

Privacy

Read-only by design.

The app reads the metrics you already see in MRR Calendar. Nothing else leaves your Mac.

What can the token access?
Only your metrics, read-only. A personal access token with the metrics:read scope cannot change settings, connect sources or see your Stripe keys. Revoke it anytime in Account › Integrations.
Where is the token stored?
In the macOS Keychain on your Mac. The app sends it only to mrrcalendar.com over HTTPS, to read your metrics.
Where does AI usage come from?
From your MRR Calendar account. CodexBar sends your AI usage to MRR Calendar (Data › AI), and the app reads it back with the same token. It never opens your Claude or Codex files.
Can I try it without connecting an account?
Yes. Demo mode in the app’s settings shows sample data, so you can arrange your widgets before you create a token.
